He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hyatt and Clara Rowe Hyatt; his son Kevin Hyatt; and his siblings, John Hyatt, James Rose, Shirley Henderson and Geraldine Meadows.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Hyatt; his children, Keith Hyatt (Deziree) of Wytheville, VA, Jerry Hyatt of Iaeger, WV, Donna Hyatt of Panther, Carol Hyatt of Bluefield, WV and Anita Hyatt of Panther; and his brothers, Tommy Hyatt (Kathy) of Long Pole and Frank Hyatt (Janet) of Bradshaw. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
