He was predeceased by: his daughter Veronica Helmandollar; his sister Shelby Justice; and his parents, Lola Blankenship and Oscar Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Kevin Roberts of Iaeger, WV; his grandchildren, Brenton Helmandollar (Samantha) of Lerona, WV and Dakota Lester (Dennis) of Knoxville, TN; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Brynlee, Addilyn, Camryn and Jordyn; his sisters, Patsy Powell of Princeton, WV, Fredia Berholtz of Princeton, WV, Shirley Cline of Princeton, WV and Sheila Lester of Iaeger, WV; and his sister-in-law Vickie Cline.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
