He is survived by: his wife Gaynell Cline; his children, Ronnie Cline Jr. (Gina) of West Chester, Lisa Cline-Hickman (Brice) of Lexington and David Cline of Sarah Ann; his granddaughters, Amanda Cline, Samantha Donato, Taylor Cline and Madison Cline; his sons, Gunner and Gaige; his great grandchildren, Anna, Noah, Luca and Lilah; his siblings, Lehona Harris (Archie), Debra Johnson, Carl Cline (Karen) of Lincolnton and Teddy Cline (Bonnie) of Conway; Chloe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fanning Funeral Home Chapel (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Believe He Was Welcomed Home.
