She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dobish and Anna Elizabeth Dobish (Horvat); her husband Dalton Delbert Frey; her sons, Richard Frey and Steven Frey; and her siblings, John Dobish, Jr., Ann Shepley, Dorothy Pashko and Patricia Brooks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Strahin (Gene) of Independence, Rose Marie Sprouse (Richard) of Fairmont and Debra Lynn Weaver of Florida; her daughter-in-law Debbie Frey; and her close friend Bob Ayoubi. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kingwood Funeral Home (295 S Price St, Kingwood, WV 26537). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
