She was predeceased by: her parents, William Matthews and Mildred Matthews (Holmes); her husband Lawrence Ray "Larry" Satterfield; her daughter Sheri Janelle Grubb; and her brothers, William A. Matthews and Robert D. Matthews.
She is survived by: her children, Richard E. "Rick" Satterfield (Gina) of Independence, Rodney R. Satterfield of Independence and Brenda Dawn Blosser (Fred) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Matthew Francis Blosser, Elizabeth Price Satterfield, John L. "JacK" Satterfield and Nicole McCartney (Jimmy); her great grandchild Cutler; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Matthews of Grafton, Pat Matthews of Punxsutawney, PA and Ruby Guthrie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
