She is survived by: her children, Rodney Vance (Connie) and Thomas Vance; her siblings, David Samuels (Heather) and Sue Young (Dallas); and her grandchildren, Trinity Vance (Kelli), April Mullins, Harry Miller (Jeanie), James Miller (Junie), Aaron Vance (Myriah) and Jese Vance (Christa).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wilson Smith Funeral Home (154 Main St, Clay, WV 25043). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
