He was predeceased by : his parents, Curtis Leo and Frances William Shade; and his brother Thomas Shade. He is survived by : his wife Mozelle Marshall Shade; his son Bradley (Darby-Rose Patterson); his siblings, Glenville Shade (Carolyn), Kenneth Shade (Poncho) and Barbara (Larry Miller); and his sister-in-law Judith A. Robinson Shade. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
