She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Columbus Platt and Ellis Estelle Robey Platt; her siblings, Brenda Greenfield and Dwayne Platt; her mother-in-law Martha Anders; and her friend Tammy Sanders.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Anders; her children, David Anders (Victoria) and Jenica Pearson (Trevor); her grandchildren, Bryleigh Pearson, Briar, Elsa and Clara Anders; her siblings, Darrell, Carlin Platt, Sonya Shreck (Steve) and Kelly Hooe (Bryan); and her sisters-in-law, Marcia Barrett (Russ) and Kaye Kuykendall (Troy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, special friends.
