He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Owens and Edna Owens; his son Shannon Owens; and his brother William Owens. He is survived by: his wife Lois Eaton Owens; his sons, Dennis Owens (Dee) and Terry Owens (Laura); his grandchildren, Damian, Carrie, Courtney, Megan, Austin and Larissa; and his brother Norman Owens. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Homes (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
