He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rubert Armel and Carrie Viola Roberts. He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Armel (Sharon) and Randy Armel (Cindy); his grandchildren, Casey Armel Patton (late Donald Patton), Jessica Armel Sanchez (Greg), Melissa Armel Flores (Jose) and Ashley Armel Parson (Derek); and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Alisa, Justin Patton, Tyler, Andrew Crowell, Ethan Flores, Gage, David and Jase Shamer.
