He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Michael Panek and Grace Panek (Tresca); and his brother Martin Panek. He is survived by : his wife Claire Elaine Panek (Ryan); his children, Dennis Michael Panek and Katherine Ann Franciosa (Marco); his grandchildren, Rye and Hazel; and his brothers, Thomas and Michael Panek.
