He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bruce Yates, Jr. and Theresa Irene Yates (Seek). He is survived by: his wife Kristianne "Kristi" Verzich Yates; his children, Joseph Harris Jenkins, Andrew Yates (Mandi), Derrick Yates, Dillion Yates, Christopher Engle, Destiny Hart, Chelsie Davis (Frank) and Courtney Alongi (Roberto); and his siblings, John Yates (Ingrid), Matthew Yates, Daniel Yates, Julie Kirkpatrick (Jack) and Amy Grumbine (Jim).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Homes (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
