She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Vaughan and Jewel Lambeth Vaughan. She is survived by: her husband James A. Butler; and her siblings, Laura Beauchamp, Paula Wyatt, Wendy Carr, Leonard Vaughan and Wesley Vaughan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
