He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Biser and Vivian P. Biser (Miller); and his brother Dann Biser. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Biser (Alkire); his daughter Paula "Sunshine" Joyce (Mike); his granddaughters, Olivia and Anna Joyce; his siblings, Linda Dayton (Buddy) and Gene Biser (Dorothy) of South Riding, VA.; his sisters-in-law, Dianne Biser and Dorothy Davis; his sisters, Jennie (Harold VanBuskirk) and Glen Burnie; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen and Rebonica. He is also survived by his brothers, fishing with his son-in-law and granddaughters.
