As Randolph departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Randolph may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Randolph leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neff and Gladys See Neff; his grandson Cory McBrearty; and his son-in-law Chuck Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Neff; his daughters, Karen Apple (Earl) and Patty Rhodes; and his grandsons, Christopher Apple (Leslie) and Derek Apple (Bryn). He is also survived by six great grandchildren; one brother; one sister; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church - Inwoodinwood (634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Inwood First Baptist Church (634 Middleway Pike, Inwood, WV 25428).
