She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Pugh and Lula Pugh (McCartney); her husband Walter Lee Bleigh; her son Walter Lee Bleigh, Jr.; her grandson Bryan Bleigh; her great grandchild Braylee Marie; and her sisters, Lyvonne Funkhouser, Lucille Barbe, Geraldine Roode, Delores Jordon and Frances Quinn.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Marie Williams (Cary) of Weston, Kenny Wayne Bleigh of Ireland and Pamela Kay Mueller (Wolf) of Elkins; her grandchildren, Andy Williams (Melissa), Brandi Francis (Phillip), Misty Bleigh (Jonah), Clarissa Ringer (Adam), Christopher Talbott (Candice) and Danielle Talbott; her siblings, Barbara Quinn of Hacker Valley, WV, Sharon Pugh of Hacker Valley, WV, Patricia Barbe (Robert) of Hacker Valley, WV and Bernard Wallace Pugh of Hacker Valley, WV; and her friend Kim Craig Bleigh.
