With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lonnie Ray Kincaid of Ireland, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Kincaid and Madge Wimer Kincaid; his siblings, Waymon Kincaid and Geneva Bruffy; and his brother-in-law Van Moats.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Kincaid of Wildcat, Lonnie Shannon "Bub" Kincaid of Buckhannon, Sharmalee Moore (Jerry) of Beaufort, SC and Jason Kincaid (Electa Kelley) of Wildcat; his grandchildren, Josh Kincaid (Kelsey), Shawna Posey, Elonna Kincaid, Chase Kincaid and Matthew Kincaid; his sister Jeannie Moats of Walkersville; the mother of his child Denise Gunter of Napier; and his friend James Kelley of Wildcat. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Clutter Funeral Home - Alkire Chapel (190 Wildcat Rd, Ireland, WV 26376). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
