He is survived by: his wife Dawn Boggs of Walkersville; his brother Hoy Kenneth Boggs of Jane Lew; his stepdaughter Audra Cogar; and his siblings-in-law, Denny Spaur, Jim Spaur and Bonnie Baughman.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alkire Funeral Chapel (190 Wildcat Rd, Ireland, WV 26376). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
