He is survived by: his granddaughter Phoenix; his daughter Briana Compton; his grandson Silas Horn of Bradshaw; and his siblings, Barbara Lester of Isaban, Ella Blevins (Lonnie) of Welch, Mary Asbury of Hurley, VA, Amanda Thomas (Mack) of Catawba, NC, James Compton (Helen) of Isaban, Richard Compton (Tammy) of Isaban, Joe Compton (Linda) of Isaban and Randy Compton (Lisa) of Baisden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
