He is survived by: his children, Brad Birchfield (Missy), Christal Perry (Kent), Tiffany Mullins, Jessica Jones, Santana Gollick (James), Shad Birchfield, Dakota Birchfield, Eli Birchfield and Willow Birchfield; his grandchildren, Morgan, Marleigh, Sophie, Ella Birchfield, Zachery, Brady Perry, Levi, Mullins, Jacob Hallam, Khloe and Jessie James Gollick; his great grandchild Amiyah Reynolds; and his brothers, Benny and Jimmy Birchfield. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
