He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Ervin. He is survived by: his mother June Scott Ervin of Itmann; and his siblings, Roseanna Miller, Johnny of Beckley, Steve Ervin, Rhonda of Franklinville, NC, Joel Ervin and Barbara of Maben, WV. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
