With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Baughman of Ivydale, West Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father James Vernon Steele. She is survived by: her mother Erma Rita Fox Chasteen of Ohio; her close friend Jack Rankin of Ivydale; her sons, Jason Baughman (Rina) of York, PA and Martin Baughman of Dover, PA; her grandson Nolan Baughman; and her siblings, Pamela Milhollin (Brad) and William Chasteen (Kat). She is also survived by 2 step-brothers, 4 step-sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
