It is with sadness that the passing of Barbara Lynn Horner (Jane Lew, West Virginia) is shared. Barbara, born on March 4, 1947, passed away on July 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Iza G. Smith May and Joe Wesley May; her husband Frank Horner; her daughter Starlynn Horner; her granddaughter Brittney Horner; and her siblings, Jack May, Harlod May and Sheila Shields.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank E. Horner Jr. of Clarksburg and Doy Richard Horner of Pennsboro; her stepdaughter Barbara Chapman; her grandchildren, Heather Wade (Nick) of Folsom, Virginia "VJ" Rendina of Jane Lew, April "Nikki" Rendina (Jacob Mylar) of Huntington, Barbara J. Horner of Clarksburg, Frank E. Richard Horner of Clarksburg, Joyce Horner of Clarksburg and Aaron Michael Mayfield; her great grandchildren, Justin Martin, Isabella McIntire, Starlynn Rendina Boley, Naomi Rendina, Trevor Ancell, Adrianna Rendina, Demarcus Booker, Theodore Morris, Remi May Morris, Iziah Greaver, Whittny Greaver, Izick Greaver and Grayson Martin; her sister Debra Bowers (Gary Bowers) of Flatwoods; and her close friend Joyce Bowling. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
