With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Walker of Jane Lew, West Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Baumgardner and Edna M. Cunningham Baumgardner; and her brother Dorsey "Dick" Bumgardner. She is survived by: her husband Paul Walker; her children, Malinda Halim (Yasir) of Altoona and David Walker (Amy) of Volga; her grandchildren, Christopher Walker, Marissa Walker, Alexis Larabee Rogers, Lydia Flickenger, Stephen Chilcote and Ariell Chilcote; her great grandchild Olivia Walker; Jeanna Renzelli. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
