She is survived by: her husband Jack Lee Metz of Morgantown; her children, Jake, Christine Wade (Tine), Alva Wade (Jake) and Kevin James Wade; her grandchildren, Jacob (Zoie), Siarah and Adyn; her great grandchild Bexten; her brothers, Lonnie W. Wade of Moundsville and Steve Wade of Fairmont; and her brother-in-law Melvin Wood of Moundsville. She is also survived by two aunts; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
