He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Leo Fisher and Irene Grace Boggs Fisher; his son Bruce Chadwick Fisher; his grandchildren, Cody (Allison), Justin (Sidney), Nathaniel (Brianna) and Sadie (Layton); and his great grandchild Chloe.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Yeager Fisher; his children, Marci Kyer and Brandy Fisher; his sisters, Kimberly Flesher (Roger) of Weston, Betty Carpenter (Eugene) of Buckhannon, Cathy Walker of Weston and Susan Moore (Ron) of Alabama; and his friend Sharpe Jr. Hospital. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
