He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Brooks Randolph and Lorraine Macel Vanhorn Randolph; and his son-in-law Shawn Craig Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lou Cooper; his children, Tonya Dawn Burkhammer (Charles) of Roanoke and Travis Lee Randolph (Joanna) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Zane Stewart, Mariah, Luke Burkhammer, Austin and Grayson Randolph; and his sister Donna Randolph of Good Hope.
