She is survived by : her son Jerry Helmick (Lisa) of Weston; her nephew Steven Helmick (Hanni) of Elizabethtown, KY; her great-nephew Tommy Helmick (Chad); her nieces, Kim Helmick of East Lake, OH and Sheila Tompkins (Greg) of East Lake, OH; and her great-nieces, Andrea and Jillian Tompkins.
