With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shawn Kiser of Jane Lew, West Virginia, who passed away on August 25, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Kiser; and his brothers, Jimmy and Chris Smarr. He is survived by: his aunt Catherine; his uncle Buck Ratliff of Alum Bridge; his cousins, Jim Ratliff, Judy Jerden, Janet Rinehart and Jay Ratliff; his children, Shawna, James and Chase Kiser; his siblings, Rocky, Rick Smarr, Debbie Gordey and Tami Goulet; his sister-in-law Nancy Smarr; his aunt Barbara; his uncle Jim Squires; and his pet Buddy.
