He is survived by: his wife Shannon Johnson of Bristol, VA; his daughter Kendra Ball (Nathen) of Panther, WV; his stepchildren, Danielle Velasques of Bristol, VA and Freddy Velasques of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren, Polly Ball of Panther, WV and Braiden Ball of Panther, WV; his siblings, Norma Marshall (Larry Kennedy) of Jolo, WV, Mary Johnson of Bartley, WV, Denver Blevins of Winston Salem, NC, Jessie Johnson (Misty) of Atwell, WV and Walter Johnson (Diana) of Newhall, WV; and his great-nephew Shane Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
