He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Whitten Clark Sr. and Clara Pruitt Clark; his wife Teresa Sweeney Clark; his daughter Penny Clark; and his brothers, Roger Clark and Leon (Anna Honaker Clark).

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Clark of North Carolina, Kenny Clark of North Carolina, Regina Norman of North Carolina, Stephanie Sweeney of Jolo and Brittany Davis of Clintwood, VA; and his sisters, Betty Stacy of Jolo, Brenda Stacy of Bristol, VA, Hilda McDaniels, Stella Taylor (Larry) and Janie Harvey of North Carolina. He is also survived by great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 7:00 AM. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Community Church.
