He is survived by : his parents, Roy Payne (Tina) of Bradshaw, WV and Kathy Vance (Roger) of Michigan; his daughter Andrea Finley (Greg) of Welch, WV; his grandchildren, Cambree, Eli and Addisyn Finley of Welch; his siblings, Janice Palazzo (Vinnie) and Zachary Payne (McKenzie); his nephews, Dalton and Dillon Cline; his niece Lilliana Payne; his cousin Cristie Kennedy; and his aunt Elaine Vance.
