He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve Horne and Beatrice Hagerman Horne; his wife Angeline Hicks Hagerman; his daughter Ethel Wagner; his siblings, Evanell Sizemore and Jerry Hagerman; his grandson Adam Bales; and his sons-in-law, Jason Allen and Ronnie Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Sweeney (Danny), Leslie Hagerman, Roxanne Kiser (Shane), Amber Dotson (Jonathan) and David Willie Kennedy (Michelle); his close friend Henry Bales; his brothers, Steve Proffitt (Patti), Steve Shortridge "Preacher" and Barry Humbert (Manilow); his grandchildren, Alex Bales, Jace Allen, Courtney Milhoan (Colton Sage), Addison Dotson, Brianna Kennedy and Danny Sweeney Jr.; his great grandchild Anna Lee Bales; and his pet Sage.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Three Forks Church of God. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
