He is survived by: his wife Deborah Baldwin Mitchell of Jolo, WV; his children, Vicky Lynn Murdock, Leann Mitchell, Anthony Wayne Mitchell of Jolo, WV and Zack Leon Mitchell, Jr.; his stepchildren, Tammy Henderson of War, WV, Laura Ninneman and Henry Crockett (Roby Crockett); and his siblings, Sandra Kelly, Frances Tucker and Douglas Mitchell. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
