He is survived by: his children, Sarah Collins and James Collins of Joesphine; his granddaughters, Skylar and Grace; and his siblings, Noah, John, Hensel Collins, Linda Bishop, Ruby Hicks, Leona Dobbs and Amanda Blankenship.
