He is survived by: his parents, Dale Locklear and Victoria Locklear; his siblings, Myles, Mayzin, Maddison and Elisabeth Locklear of Julian, WV; his grandparents, Angela, Johnny Conn, Tony Angel, Iris Cline and Quincey Locklear; his great-grandparents, Cheryl, Thomas Miller and Michael Angel; and his aunts and uncles, Larry Runion, Dakota Adkins, Lara Adkins and Amber Locklear.
