She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Allison and Cloie Belle Daniels McDonald; her husband James Clay "Skinny" Hawkins; and her siblings, Bradley McDonald, Paul McDonald, Helen Sturm, Leotta Gay Thorne, Dorothy Channell, Betty Fitzwater and Luretta Winkler.
She is survived by : her children, Allan Hawkins (Jo Ellen Skidmore) of Junior, Rickie Lynn Hawkins (Pearl Dye) of Beach Bottom, WV and Kelly Hawkins (John Marshall Mosesso) of Philippi; her sisters, Jerrine Brady of Junior and Lola Bussey of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Cloie Mosesso, Anthony Mosesso, Gregory Hawkins and Lori Corley; her great grandchildren, Lauren Nicholson and Cierra Williams; and her great great grandchildren, Kacen Lackey, Allison Lackey, Spencer Nicholson and Veronica Williams.
