He was predeceased by: his parents, Esland "Zeke" Stepp and Maxine Stepp (Cline); his brothers, Ronald Stepp, Dennis and Gary Stepp; his nephew Josh Riffe; and his grandparents, Maude (Hatfield), Elias Stepp, Allie (Hatfield) and Ott Cline.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hatfield of Justice, WV; his sons, Jason Hatfield (Rachel) of Chapmanville, WV and Rocky Davis (Tanya) of Hanover, WV; his grandchildren, Jaden, Kashtyn, Summer, Olivia Hatfield and Maddie Kennedy; his siblings, Tyrone Stepp (Lynn) of Varney, WV, Chris Hurst of Australia and Brenda Stepp of Savannah, GA; and his close friend Wayne Ellis (Daniel Hatfield). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
