He is survived by: his wife Lesley Carter (Noe) of Justice, WV; his children, Erin Newberry (Nathan) of Iaeger, WV, Brandy Farmer (Chad) of Debary, FL, Eric Carter (Shiree) of Man, WV and Anthony Perry of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Kaiden, Londyn Newberry of Iaeger, WV, Christyan Davis of Debary, FL, Holton of Debary, FL and Remington Ritenour of Debary, FL; his great grandchild Kaiser Newberry of Iaeger, WV; and his sister Dorothy Lester (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
