He is survived by: his children, Gary Philip McDowell, Tina Stewart, Robert Kramerage (Byrd), Vincent Kramerage, Latasha Kramerage and Stevie Dawson; his stepdaughter Beth (Henry); his siblings, Michael (Vanessa), Sterling (Kay), Paul McDowell (Geneva), Denise (Mark), Angela (James), Gloria (John Green), Irene (Joeseph) and Constance Rodgers; his sister-in-law Marie McDowell; and his close friend Sharon Shaw. He is also survived by many grandchildren; nephews; nieces; and cousins.
