With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Byron Ross Billings of Kegley, West Virginia, who passed away on August 8, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arnold Billings and Charlene Vanhoy Billings; his son Isaac Billings; and his siblings, Brenda Dent, Douglas and Ronnie Billings.
He is survived by: his wife Marie O'Neal Billings; his children, Roselyn Isenhour (William) of Hickory, NC, Candace Basham of Wake Forest, NC, Melissa Cecil (Roger Collins) of Cool Ridge and Jimmy Cecil (Lillie Collins) of Brookwood, Alabama.; and his siblings, Belinda Akers (Otis) of Vance, Stephen Billings of Kegley, Pamela Hull of Clemons, NC and Robert Billings (Linda) of Kegley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Amos E. Quesenberry Peace Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
