She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Smith; her grandmothers, Margaret Smith and Rachel Lewis; and her mother-in-law Miki Crihfield. She is survived by: her mother Crystal Keen; her children, Oakley, Landyn, Izabella and Iris; her sisters, Chelsy Braham, Alexis Smith, Jessica Smith and Candice Benson; and her father-in-law Ricky Crihfield. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
In addition to flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to the Osteosarcoma Institute at osinst.org and/or consider donating towards final expenses in their time of need.
