He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Beane; his uncle James "Doo" Beane; his father Delba Burford; and his stepfather Robert Thaxton (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his mother Nora Thaxton (Tang); his children, Jeremiah Beane (JD), Ashley Hall (Todd) and Chelsee Beane; his siblings, Michael, Ray Burford, Lorie Thaxton-Kozak, Sue Burford-Gigante and Nora Burford-Protzman; and his grandchildren, Cameran Jewett, Ava Hall and Cade Beane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
