He is survived by: his wife Mary Fowler; his children, Adam Fowler and Sarah Fowler Hendrix (Josh Hendrix); his grandchildren, Cayden, Gavin Hendrix and Evan Slater; his sister Lisa Fowler Holmes; his aunt Kathy Burdette Sarrett; and his sibling's children, Travis Fields, Marc Slater, Shasta, Lacey Fowler, Brittany Baldwin, Christiana and Jessica Chapman.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Long & Fisher Funeral Home (6837 Sissonville Dr, Sissonville, WV 25320). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
