She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Marcum and Martha Ferguson Marcum; and her siblings, Ida Mae, Sidney, Pauline, Susie, Van, Sam, Garner, Ann and Evena.
She is survived by: her husband Verland Perry; her children, Joy Bailey (Tim), Diana Ferman (Mark) and Verland David Perry (Beth); her grandchildren, Emily Nelson (Jon), Jessi Dials (Kelly), Hannah Bailey, Josh Perry, Megan Boudah (Jeremy) and Brooke Ferman; and her great grandchildren, Timmy, Blaire, Layne and Jenevieve.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Buffalo Valley Baptist Church (872 Buffalo Creek Rd, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Amanda's memory to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington.
