He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Lee Sias, Sr. and Melda Kennedy; his wife Martha; his daughter Lenora Sias; and his siblings, Walter Sias and Helen Sias.

He is survived by: his children, Denver C., Jelena Sias, Mary E., Jeff Marcum, Christopher L. and Denise Sias; his grandchildren, Tyler C. Kipp, Amanda M. Sias, Denver L. Sias, Alexander C. Sias, Ryan M. Sias, Tiffany Childers and Heather Wideman; his great grandchildren, Baby McDermott, Zeke Jones, Devin Childers, Malachi Childers, Sahnia Linton, Kayden Conway, Zaelan Wideman and Paxton Wideman; and his brothers, Dennis Sias and Bennie Sias. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reger Funeral Home & Crematory Ceredo-Kenova Chapel (1135 US-60, P. O. Box 907, Ceredo, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Docks Creek Cemetery.
