She is survived by : her nephew Larry Evans; her niece Jennifer Evans of Kenova, WV; her great-nephew Jarrod Evans (Michelle); her niece Hazel Evans of Kenova, WV; her stepchildren, Lisa Mollett (Kenny) of Zanesville, OH, Mark Hall (Jayne) of Ashland, KY and Shannon (Jessica) of Bradenton, FL.; and also Waylon of Kenova, WV.
