It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Marie Lycan of Kenova, West Virginia, born in Ceredo, West Virginia, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Moody Lykins; her husband Dempsey Lycan; her grandson Michael Carey; and her sisters, Peggy Wellman, Lois Jones and Ethel Michaels.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Walker (Ray) and Linda Cary (Larry Fulton) of Albuquerque, NM; her granddaughter Rachel Carey of Pensacola, FL; her siblings, Judy Fields, Georgia Smith, Jean Jones and Richard "Buck" Lykins; her friend Barbara Bellomy; and also, Jack Ferguson, David and Linda Carver. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
