He is survived by : his wife Thelma Jean Marcum Sparks; his children, Vickie Ann Sparks Mays and Fredrick Bruce Sparks; his grandchildren, Stephanie Ann Mays and Christopher Mays (Abby); and his great grandchildren, Callie and Bree. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces and a sister-in-law.
