He is survived by: his daughter Amberly Carroll (Timothy); his grandchildren, Alayzia Carroll, Arianna Carroll, Annabelle Carroll and Tobias Carroll; his son Joshua Stevens (Lachrisia); his grandchildren, Shayden Stevens, Avalynn Stevens and Liam Stevens; his son James Moore; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Moore, Ashlyn Moore, Kaiden Bash and Nevaeh Carrico; and his sister Melissa Barnett (Stevens).
